I look forward to a longer stay next time. First time calling their breakdown telephone number on card issued - not only disgusted at the 35 minutes to get through but the 0330 number was not even freephone! (pls check the possible cost of this!) I also telephoned my insurer and they couldn’t get them to answer any quicker! If AXA cannot act prompt at this level cannot imagine their customer care and efficiency moving forward on a claim?!
